Getting Semantria Log Files

In order to resolve issues as quickly as possible, Semantria Support may require you to send them your Semantria Excel Add-In log files, Semantria.DAT, Semantria.DB, and Semantria.txt, for review. In order to find these log files:
 
  1. Press the Windows button  and "r" together on your keyboard. In the new dialogue box, put     “%appdata%\Semantria\ExcelAddIn” into the input field, and press “OK”


     
  2. Attach all the files found in the new window into either a new email to support@semantria.com, or in the reply to an existing ticket you have open with Semantria Support.
