When processing data with unique IDs some comments for specific IDs are not the same in the raw data as the output data.
This problem is due to empty rows in the original source data. When sending the data to Semantria’s engine, the Excel Add-in does not send the empty rows to the server, but still keeps the same number of listed unique IDs.
When Semantria delivers the results, the output will have fewer documents (rows) than the original, since empty rows were dropped. Given this, the output IDs will no longer match the original source data IDs.
Example of empty rows - output source text will not match input unique IDs
To prevent this from happening, ensure you do not leave empty rows in your source data before analyzing it with Semantria.
