Below are some commonly asked questions concerning prices for Semantria. If you have any additional questions regarding pricing, please contact us at sales@lexalytics.com.

If we purchase a package of API calls for $1000, and decide to cancel the service before using all our calls, will we get the remaining money back if we choose to cancel? 
When a new customer purchases $1000 or any other package, upfront costs are incurred:
o   Separate cloud-based analytics instance for each new client
o   Increase in database, load balancing, storage capacity
Thus, Lexalytics will not be issuing refunds for partially used purchases. Purchased API credits will remain available in your account.

If I need less than 100k API calls, what's the charge? 
Given costs and reasons above, Lexalytics cannot provide packages smaller than $999.
